                                                    Terms For Tutorials, and Tubes

1. Tutorials and any content within them may not be distributed, or copied in any way shape or form. These are my own creations, and are copyrighted to me.

2. What you create from my tutorials is yours for personal use. By personal use I mean not to be used on commercial sites, or paid member sites. In commercial I mean any business small or large that sell/or make profit from. You can not claim copyright to the image you create with it.

3. No translations will be allowed of my tutorials, please don't ask. I have had to many problems with this in the past.

4. No distribution of scripts of my tutorials.

5. Tubes on my site are not to be copied to put on your site. Although I don't claim them as my own, some I did from others tutorials, others I did make, and others I cleaned from non-copyrighted material.
These tubes are for personal use only. Not to be added to collections, put on CD's or to make any money/profit from. NO Commercial use.

6. Webcrawlers and other forms of Data harvesting are strictly forbidden.

7. I have the right to ban anybody/or group if web stats show any peculiar activity going on.

8. I reserve the right to change the rules at any time if the need arises.

9. If your a group or own a site and would like to use my tutorial as a lesson it honors me. A text link is all that is necessary. Please do not Hot Link.
