This tutorial is my own creation. Any resemblance to another is purely coincidental. Please
read my tutorial
TERMS. I was playing around with text after several failures I remembered Aha!
I wonder what Mura's copies will do with text and Voila! I jus tlove this filter lol. I made this tutorial using PSP 8, but it definately work in all versions only the noise I know in PSP 7 doesn't have gaussian or the monochrome, but it's do-able with imagination.

What you will need:
Paint Shop Pro
HERE
Mura's Copies Filter
DOWNLOAD
A tube of choice I got mine at
LouiseBea's

**Open up a New Image, 400x400, transparent.

1. Pick out 2 colors that would look nice with your tube. These are the 2 colors I used.

2. Foregound your darker color. Background your lighter color.

3. Text Tool. Pick something with some thickness.  I used Cooper Blk BT, Size 28, Vector, Stroke
Width 1, Anti-alias Checked. Line Style Solid. If your font isn't very thick Click on Bold.
This is what you'll type in for your text:
                                                              *Happy Easter*

4. Objects/Align/Center In Canvas. Now go to your layer palette. Right click/Convert to Raster
Layer.

5. Go to your Plugin Mura's Copies 1.3 Filter. Go the the presets. The Presets are where the red arrow is pointing to. Click on it and scroll down to find Encircles. OK

6. Adjust/Add Remove Noise/Add Noise, Gaussian Checked. Noise 12%, Monochrome Checked.
(If your using PSP 7, Use either Uniform or Random to your liking).

9. New Layer. Add your tube. You can leave it where it is or move this layer
below your text layer to be behind the wreath.

10. Right click on any layer. Merge/Merge Visible.

11. Effects/3Deffects/Dropshadow and apply: Vertiacl and Horizontal both 0. Opcity 100. Blur 3.00
Color a real dark color to show your dropshadow up nice. I used a deep navy blue #000040

12. Now you can resize your image.

And that's it! I hope you had fun with this tutoriall. Please email me if you have any questions.
