This tutorial is a creation of my own. Any resemblance to another is purely coincidental.

Terms before doing my tutorial. I used Paintshop Pro X to make this tutorial, but will be compatible with versions 8 and newer. You will need to have a working knowledge of PSP to do this tutorial. My tutorials may seem lengthy, but I try to write them so even the moderate beginner can be able to do them.

What you will need:
Paint Shop Pro if you don't have it you can get an evaluation copy
Here
.psp Images/Pattern
Here
Mask
Here

The images and mask I've collected along the way or got from a group. Please keep it in contact.
If it's yours please let me know so I can give the proper credits.

Unzip the image into your PSP image folder. Unzip your mask into your PSP mask folder.

**Save your work often!!!!

1. Open up a New Image. 500x500. Transparent.

2. Foreground Color #571d12. Floodfill your transparent image.
    Image/Resize by 80 percent, bi-cubic, Resize all layers UNchecked.
    Effects/Texture effects/Blinds and apply:
    Width =4
    Opacity =39
    Color Black
    Horizontal =Checked
    Light from elft/top =Checked
    OK.

3. Add a New Layer
   Open up the starbg-dfkk and minimize
    Foreground =Pattern starbg-dfkk
    Angle =0
    Scale =100
    OK.
    Floodfill your image
    Image/Resize by 80 percent, bi-cubic, Resize all layers UNchecked
    Stay on this layer.

4. Effects/Artistic effects/Haltone and apply:
    Halftone pattern =Round
    Size =2
    Greyscale =Checked
    Screen angles =1: 137
    Ink =Black
    Use as overley =Checked
    Blend mode =Normal
   Opacity =50
   Transparent =Checked
   OK.
   Stay on this layer.

5. Layers/load/save mask/load mask from disk and find wg_mask_tag_03
    Source luminance =Checked
    Fit to layer =Checked
    Hide all mask =Checked
    Load.
    Layer Palette, Click on this layer, Merge/Merge Group.

6. Open up the starlight-snowman image
    Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.

7. Open up the wishupontext
    Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer
    Move this text onto your star as seen in my finished image at the top.

8. Open up the twigframe-dfkk that I made.
    Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.
    Move it so it's even on all sides around your image.

9. Now just add a background, resize, add your watermark or any other little touches you
    want to make.
