This tutorial is a creation of my own. Any resemblance to another is purely coincidental.
No copyright infrigments are intended.
I've used techniques I've learned along the way and new ones as I learn. Please read
my
Terms before doing my tutorial. I used Paintshop Pro X to make this tutorial, but will
be compatible with versions 8 and newer. You will need to have a working knowledge of Paint
Shop Pro to do this tutorial. My tutorials may seem lengthy, but I try to write them so even the
moderate beginner can be able to do them as well as the more advanced. I hope you enjoy :)

What you will need:

Paint Shop Pro if you don't have it you can get an evaluation copy

The image, text, and mask I've collected along the way or got from a group. Please keep it in
contact. If it's yours please let me know so I can give the proper credits.

The images and patterns are in .psp image and you can unzip them into your images folder. If you
dont have a zip program you can get one
Here. Unzip your mask in your masks folder or
where you keep your masks for PSP.

**Save your work often!!!!

1. Open up a New Image. 600x500. Transparent. Flood fill with White.

2. Add a New layer. Make your foreground Color #f8c400. Background Color #06a2dd.
Change your Foreground Solid Color to Gradient. Choose Foreground/Background.
Style is Radial (the 4th square). Angle 115, Repeats 3, Horizontal and Vertical both 50. OK.
Floodfill with this gradient.

**For the next Step #3. If you using another tube you need to use a gradiant with a color or
2 that match your tube and apply the settings in step 2 for your
gradient and when you do Colored Foil you'll have to play around to get the colors you
want and the look you want. I had fun playing around with different gradients and the
colored foil that's why I wrote this tutorial it was something really different for me :)

3. Effects/Artistic effects/Colored Foil and apply: Blur 25, Detail 42, Color White, Angle 44.
OK.

4. Image/Resize by 90 percent, bi-cubic, Resize all layers UNchecked.

5. Layers/Load Save Mask/Load Mask from Disk/ Choose rectangulare38.
Source luminance Checked, Fit to layer Checked, Invert transparency Checked,
Hide all mask Checked. Load. Go to this layer in your layer palette Merge/Merge Group.

6. Open up the LeapingFrog&Butterfly~SLH image. Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.

7. Open up the rgiallongo-colorswordart. Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.

And that's it :) Alot of happy colors to brighten your day up!
