This tutorial is a creation of my own. Any resemblance to another is purely coincidental.
No copyright infrigments are intended. Please read my
Terms before doing my tutorial. I
used Paintshop Pro X to make this tutorial, but will be compatible with versions 8 and
newer. You will need to have a working knowledge of PSP to do this tutorial. My tutorials
may seem lengthy, but I try to write them so even the moderate beginner can be able to do
them.

What you will need:
Paint Shop Pro if you don't have it you can get an evaluation copy

**Save your work often!!!!

1. Open up a 600 x 600 transparent image.
     Floodfill with White.

2. New layer.
    Click on Materials and choose the JSC Blue Green.
    Size = 52
    Repeats = 3
    Invert = Checked
    Horizontal & Vertical both = 50
    OK.
    Fill your layer with this.

3. Image/Resize/90 percent. Resize UNchecked.
    Layers/Load save mask/load mask from disk.
    Up on the top left corner you'll see "Mask" open that up and find Unbenennt-39.
    Source luminance = Checked
    Fit to layer = Checked
    Invert Transparency = UNchecked.
    Hide all mask = Checked
    Load.

4. Left click, then Right click on the top layer of this step.

    Floodfill this layer.
    Go to the layers bar. Choose "Dissolve".
    Slide your number down to 4.
    Image/Resize/60 Percent.
    Resize all layers UNchecked.
    OK.

6. New layer.

    Flood fill this layer.
    Image/Resize/50 percent
    Resize all layers UNchecked.
    OK.

7. Go to where you have your plug ins and choose VM Toolbox.
    Choose Zoom Blur
    Amount = 222
    Adjust = 192
    OK.

8.  Effects/3D effects/Inner Bevel and apply:
    Bevel = #2 (looks like the top quarter of a circle)
    Width = 8
    Smoothness = 40
    Depth = 2
    Ambiance = 0
    Shininess = 10
    Color = White
    Angle = 315
    Intensity = 49
    Elevation = 20
    OK.

9. Open up the picture "blue_eyes".
      Image/Resize/90 Percent.
      Resize all layers = UNchecked.
      OK.

And that's it. It may have looked very long and complicated, but after my stroke it is
a little harder for me to explain words and the stroke also left me half blind in each eye.
Hahahaha, but as you can see I'm defomately addicted to PSP lol :)

I hope you enjoyed this tutorials as much as I did making it. Have a great day!
