Please read my Terms before doing my tutorial. I used Paintshop Pro X to make this tutorial, but will be compatible with versions 8 and newer. You will need to have a working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro to do this tutorial. My tutorials may seem lengthy, but I try to write them so even the moderate beginner can be able to do them as well as the more advanced. I hope you enjoy :) What you will need: Paint Shop Pro if you don't have it you can get an evaluation copy Here .psp Image-pattern-text Here Mask Here The Image I'm using is from Avintagesky/. The mask I'm using I've collected along the way or got from a group. Please keep it in contact. If it's yours please let me know so I can give the proper credits. The image, pattern, and text are in .psp image and you can unzip them into your images folder. If you dont have a zip program you can get one Here. Put the mask where you keep your masks, or in your mask folder in your PSP. **Save your work often!!!! 1. Open up a New Image. 600x500. Transparent. 2. Make your Foreground Color #005e6d. Your Background Color #a7f0f9. (Or pick 2 colors that contrast each other of your tube the Foreground Color being the darker). Click on your gradient and in the gradients choose Foreground/Background, Style is Radial (the 4th button), Angle 153, Repeats 21, Horizontal and Vertical both 50. OK. Floodfill. 3. Add a New layer. Floodfill it Foreground Black. 4. Layers/Load Save Mask/Load Mask From Disk and find mask 1c6b88d$f0e33740$0701a8c0, Source Luminance Checked, Fit to layer Checked, Hide All Mask Checked. Load. Go to this layer in your layer palette. Merge/Merge Group. Stay on this layer. 5. Choose your freehand tool as seen in screenshot. Point to Point, Feather 0, Anti-alias Checked. Start at your top left corner draw across to your right hand corner. Now draw down diagonal from the top right corner to the left bottom corner then back up to the top left corner. Right click so the marching ants start marching. The yellow line in the screenshot show you where to go. 6. Effects/Texture effects/Blinds and apply: Width 4, Opacity 100, Color #202020, Horizontal and Light from left/top Both Checked. OK. Selections/Select None. 7. Open up the Cherokee_children_of_dragons image. Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer. Duplicate this layer and shut the duplicate off. 8. Activate the original layer. Effects/Texture effects/Mosaic Antique and apply: Everything will be set at 100 EXCEPT Grout Width is 10, Symmetric is Checked. OK If your using my colors go to Adjust/Hue and Saturation/Colorize/ Hue 134, Saturation 131. If your using your own colors, colorize yours to your liking :) 9. Open up your duplicate image layer you shut off now. 10. *Optional-Activate your top layer. Open up the enigmatext. Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer and move it to the right side of your image as seen in my finished image at the top. 11. *Optional. Right click on any layer. Merge/Merge Visible. Image/Add Border and apply: Original Dimensions is Pixels, Color White,, Size in pixels all will be 10, Symmetric Checked. OK. Click on the white border with your magic wand 12. Make your foreground the goldbeadpattern. Angle 0, Scale 100 and floodfill the border. Adjust/Hue and Saturation/Colorize and apply: Hue 129, Saturation 116. OK. Selections/Select None.
