This tutorial is a creation of my own. Any resemblance to another is purely coincidental. I've used techniques I've learned along the way and new ones as I learn. Please read my Terms before doing my tutorial. I used Paintshop Pro X to make this tutorial, but will be compatible with versions 8 and newer. You will need to have a working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro to do this tutorial. My tutorials may seem lengthy, but I try to write them so even the moderate beginner can be able to do them as well as the more advanced. I hope you enjoy :) What you will need: Paint Shop Pro if you don't have it you can get an evaluation copy Here .psp images Download Mask Download Selection Download The mask I got from Zuzanna's She has a great site :) The girl tube is one I've collected along the way and lost who it belongs to. If it's yours please let me know so I can give the proper credits. The images are in .psp image and you can unzip them into your images folder. Put the mask in your masks folder of your PSP files. If you dont have a zip program you can get one Here. **Save your work often!!!! 1. Open up a New Image. 500x500. Transparent. 2. Floodfill with White. 3. New layer. Selections/load save selection/load selection from disk and choose crazylovehearts. Foreground is #9e1b11. Floodfill your hearts. Effects/3Deffects/Inner Bevel Choose the preset bevel "Round" with these settings: Width 6, Smoothness 44, Depth 1, Ambience 0, Shininess 0, Angle 315, Intensity 50, Elevation 30, OK. Selections/Select None. 4. Foreground Color #9e1b11. Background Color #c53735. Go back to your Foregound and click to gradient. Choose the Foreground-Background. Angle 118, Repeats 3. OK. 5. Click your magic wand holding your SHIFT key down until both hearts have marching ants. Selections/Modify/Expand by 3. Add a new layer and drag it below your crazyloveheart selection layer. Floodfill both your hearts with your gradient. Keep Selected. 6. Effects/Artistic Effects/Balls and Bubbles. Activate if it isn't already the Shape tab, and tick the Single ball bubble. OK. Keep Selected. 7. Effects/Texture Effects/Weave and apply: Gap Size 1, Width 1, Opacity 100, Weave Color   #723031, Gap Color doesn't matter, Fill Gaps UNchecked. OK. Selections/Select None. 8. Activate your top layer. Open up your girl tube. Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer. Move her to like I have in my finished image at the top. 9. Use your Selection Tool Set at Rectangle, Feather 0. Draw a rectangle around the hearts at the top right of your girl tube. Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer. You'll see another set of hearts appear. Move them where you desire or look at my finished image at the top. You'll want more hearts so for each set of hearts you have to click on the hearts with the rectangle marching ants around them then Edit/Copy, Edit Paste as a new layer. When your done with your hearts Selections/Select None. 10. Click on your first layer the "White" one to activate it. Add a New layer. Floodfill it with your gradient. Layers/load save mask/load mask from disk, and find Zuzanna_mask1. Tick the Source luminance, tick the fit to layer, tick the Invert transparency, tick the Hide all mask, Load. 11. Go to that layer, Right click, Merge/Merge Group. 12. Activate your top layer and open up the redbow.psp image. Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer. Place in the top right corner of the solid square of your mask. (See my finished image at the top). And that's it!
