Please read my tutorial Terms. I used Paintshop Pro X but it will work in PSP 8 and up. You'll need a knowledge
of Paintshop Pro to make this tutorial. The mini scrap kit for this tutorial
and the embellishments are of my own creation, But the images I got from Suzi Sgai She has beautiful misted tubes and many of them. What you'll need: Paintshop Pro Here Images Download Mask Download Unzip your .psp images downloads into where you keep your files for your Paintshop Pro. Put your mask download into your mask psp files folder. Everybody has a different way of doing this, depending on what versions they are using. If you need a zip/unzip program you can get winzip Here **Save your work often! 1. Open up a New Transparent Image. 600x600. 2. Go to your materials palette make your foreground Black, your background White. Choose your gradient and pick out Foreground-Background gradient. Style Linear, Angle 122, Repeats 0. 3. Effects/Reflection effects/Feedback and apply: Opacity 100, Intensity 100, Horizontal and Vertical both 2. Elliptical UNchecked. 4. Open up your bouquet image. Click on the layer of that image with the bouquet on it. Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer. Go to Image/Greyscale. Move your bouquet over to the right so flowers will show out on the right side of the girl. 5. Open up your little girl image. Click on the layer with the little girl on it. Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer. Layers, Load/Save/load mask from disk, Mask Edge-Oval. Check Source Luminance. Check Fit To Layer, Check Hide all mask. Use your mover tool to place the girl on the bouquet. Right click on your little girl layer, Merge/Merge group. See my head image for placement. 6. Activate your background layer you floodfilled with your black/white gradient. Use your Selection Tool, Rectangle, Feather 0. Start at the top left at (0,0) and drag out and down to (119, 599). Image/Increase Color Depth PSP X choose 8 bit, PSP 8 and 9 choose 16 million 24 bit. Effects/Texture effects/Blinds and apply: Width 10, Opacity 52, Color #404040. Both Horizontal and Light from left top CHecked. Selections/Select None. 7. Right click on any layer. Merge/Merge Visible. Image/Resize by 70 percent. All layers UNchecked. 8. Activate your little girl picture layer. Dupicate. Layers/Arrange/Send to bottom. Image/Free Rotate. Right-Free 10.00, All layers UNchecked. Rotate single layer around canvas center Checked. OK. 9. Activate your original little girl picture layer, Duplicate.. Layers/Arrange/Send to bottom. Image/Free Rotate. Left-Free 10.00, All layers UNchecked. Rotate Single layer around canvase center Checked. OK. 10. Open up your ribbon.psp image. Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer. Move it to where I have it on my header image. 11. Open up your heart.psp image. Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer. Drag this heart layer to below your ribbon layer, and move it to how I have mine on my header image. 12. You can add a text and quote of your choice or you can open up the textquote.psp. Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer. 13. Now click on any layer. Merge/Merge Visible. Add a new layer. Layers/Arrange/Send to bottom and floodfill with a color or pattern for your background. And that's it!
