No copyright infrigments are intended. I've used techniques I've learned along the way and new ones as I learn. Please read my Terms before doing my tutorial. I used Paintshop Pro X to make this tutorial, but will be compatible with versions 8 and newer. You will need to have a working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro to do this tutorial. My tutorials may seem lengthy, but I try to write them so even the moderate beginner can be able to do them as well as the more advanced. I hope you enjoy :) What you will need: Paint Shop Pro if you don't have it you can get an evaluation copy Here Embellishments Here Mask Here Simple Filters Here The red head woman image and mask I've collected along the way or got from a group. Please keep it in contact. If it's yours please let me know so I can give the proper credits. The embellishments are in .psp image and you can unzip them into your images folder. Unzip the mask into the folder where you keep your masks or in your PSP masks folder. **Save your work often!!!! 1. Open up a New Image. 600x600. Transparent. 2. Foreground Color #8b251c. Background Color #e1622d. Change Foreground to gradient. In the gradients choose foreground/background. Style =Radial (4th button) Angle =134 Repeats =3 Horizontal and Vertical Both =50 OK. 3. Floodfill your image. Image/Resize by 70 percent, bi-cubic, Resize all layer UNchecked. Effects/Texture effects/Blinds and apply: Width =4 Opacity =75 Color #8b251c Horizontal and Light from left/top Both Checked. 4. Add a New layer. Foreground Solid Color #8b251c. Floodfill your image. Image/Resize by 70 percent, bi-cubic, Resize all layers UNchecked. 5. Layers/Load Save Mask/Load Mask From Disk and choose wg_mask_tag_09. Source Luminance =Checked Fit To Layer =Checked Hide all mask =Checked Load. Layer Palette. Merge/Merge Group. 6. Effects/Artistic effects/Half tone and apply: Half tone pattern =Round Size =2 Screen angles =180 Greyscale =Checked Ink (Color) =#663637 Use as overly =Checked Blend mode =Normal Opacity =75 Transparent =Checked OK. 7. Click on either layer. Merge/Merge Visible. 8. Image/Free Rotate. Check Free Rotate. Check Left, and type in 25.00. All layers and rotate single layer both UNchecked.OK Duplicate this layer. Image/Mirror. 9. Open up the redhead woman image. Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer. Image/Resize by 80 percent, bi-cubic, Resize all layers UNchecked. 10. Open up the dlf-pwflower. Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer. Move the flower to the top left corner where the 2 papers meet. 11. Open up the dlf-pwdoodle image. Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer. Place the doodle at the top left where the flower is. (see screenshot). Simple Filter/Top Left Mirror. You should have 4 doodles (1 at each corner). Drag this layer to the bottom. 12. Activate your top layer. Open up the dlftag image. Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer and add a text you like on the middle layer. And that's it! Just add your watermark and resize.
